Following a recommendation in OPSEU's report on Post-Secondary Education in Ontario, MPP Teresa Armstrong, NDP critic for Training, Colleges and Universities, has tabled a motion calling for an all-party select committee. Training, Colleges, and Universities Minister Brad Duguid's reaction is that he's not interested. Meanwhile, Ontario spends less per post-secondary student than does any province in Canada, and tuition and student debt are rising.
