The 2014 OPS Conference and Divisional Meetings will be held November 29-30, 2014 at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, 123 Queen St. West, Toronto, ON.

The OPS Conference & Divisional forms are available below. Local Presidents should distribute the attached documents to the various ministries within their locals. Completed documents should be returned by email to 2014opsconference@opseu.org or by fax to 416-448-7462 no later than October 24, 2014.

Workshops on Sunday will be assigned upon registration at the conference. There is no need to fill out a form. All courses on Sunday will be completed by 1:00 p.m.
