The Hospital Professionals Division (HPD – Sector 10) convened a successful Pre-Bargaining Conference on September 16th at the Sheraton Centre Hotel. Over one hundred Conference Delegates discussed current economic factors and trending issues affecting the Division. The HPD Executive presented a comprehensive overview of bargaining demand recommendations for Locals to consider in advance of the Provincial Demand Setting Meeting set for November29-30. The Conference, acting on recent changes to the Negotiating Procedures, also elected a seven-person Central Bargaining Team. The Team will work with assigned staff to prepare for November’s meeting
