Off-site Family Care/Attendant (child/elder/dependant)

• Your union will reimburse reasonable costs of family/dependant care provided by someone other than your partners /spouses so that you can participate in this event.
• Family/Attendant care is imbursed at $15 per hour to a maximum of $220 per 24 hour period.
• This is not intended to reimburse you for normal work-related dependant/family expenses.
• Members who bring children to union events will be entitled to single accommodation and meal expenses. Claims for these expenses should also be included in the family care column of the form and described appropriately.
